Pendant.. the early years

These vintage works from the collection were created by LoU's own hands during the late 70's and in his studio at the iconic La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club during the the early 1980's and 90's in NYC. Gathering all these various components throughout his world travels... LoU described these works as possessing a 'kind of magic ... that is transferred from creation to owner and then into the owner's world'... in his words they are "Good For Your Life" these pendants are "Truthful at Heart" 

A dramatic chunk of black and white rough hewn granite that is set with cast silver elements and LoU's fabulous mysterious white cording. Most of his Vintage pieces are black but the white framing has a beautiful and different look. Strung on a natural white hand braided cord and an old bead for adjustability. This piece has a rare lightness to it even though it is quite a substantial size.
