Pendants.. black wood

This particular disk is in a carved teak wood from old reclaimed piles of firewood that LoU would collect. Edged in brass and strung on a hand twisted chestnut colored cord. Adjustable in length with a hand carved wooden bead.

LoU created these beautifully intricate hand carved wooden pendants from black wood and sterling silver. These pieces were made from old salvaged pure black wood and were never dyed black as many do today. He also incorporated many other gems and precious metal foils into these fabulous jewelry pieces.
