Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the scale of our business and our platform host. We do charge a 5% restocking fee on all returns. We are charged a % on sales and we do not recoup this with returns.
Any items that we shipped out on our expense will be subtracted from the refund as well as the 5% restocking fee. if original shipment was paid for by the customer, we will refund that amount plus the price of purchase (minus the 5% restocking fee)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. All items must be insured for the full value as well as shipping thus the customer is responsible for entire cost of the return.
The customer is 100% responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Please be certain to pack your return item with the utmost care to assure safe transit.
All returns must be initiated by contacting us directly through the site.
Any Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Be sure to email us with all relevant tracking and delivery information once your item is about to ship for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that all the items in the collection have been hand crafted and each piece has its individual uniqueness and therefore irregularities are an innate component of LoU's creations.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please note that every item in the collection is a one of a kind work of art. When they are gone, they are gone.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, payment (minus 5% and shipping if applicable) will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
