Pendants.. black wood

A wonderful wooden pendant with the airiness of open squares in this hand carved checkered motif. Strung on a light brown cord and a little toggle for adjustability in length. Representing the traditional Balinese 'poleng' pattern expressing LoU's love for Indonesia.

LoU created these beautifully intricate hand carved wooden pendants from black wood and sterling silver. These pieces were made from old salvaged pure black wood and were never dyed black as many do today. He also incorporated many other gems and precious metal foils into these fabulous jewelry pieces.
